Arunachal Pradesh MSME Policy

Overview

The Arunachal Pradesh MSME Policy is a strategic initiative by the Government of Arunachal Pradesh to promote and strengthen the Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSME) sector in the state.
The policy focuses on entrepreneurship development, employment generation, local resource utilization, and balanced regional growth, with special attention to rural and tribal areas.

Through financial incentives, capacity-building programs, and infrastructure development, the policy aims to create a self-sustaining and competitive MSME ecosystem that contributes to the state’s economic diversification and inclusive development.

Key Objectives
  • Encourage entrepreneurship and self-employment among youth, women, and marginalized communities.

  • Facilitate the growth and competitiveness of MSMEs through financial support and innovation incentives.

  • Promote value addition to local resources such as bamboo, horticulture, handloom, handicrafts, and agro-based industries.
