RSFC MSME Loan Scheme
Introduction
The Rajasthan State Financial Corporation (RSFC) offers financial assistance to Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) through its dedicated MSME Loan Scheme. The scheme is designed to support entrepreneurs in starting new businesses or expanding existing ones by providing timely and affordable credit.
This initiative is part of the Government of Rajasthan’s broader effort to strengthen the MSME sector, generate employment, and promote economic development across the state.
Purpose of the Scheme
The RSFC MSME Loan Scheme aims to:
Provide financial support to new and existing MSMEs.
Help enterprises set up, expand, or modernize their operations.
Encourage industrial growth, innovation, and job creation.
Improve credit accessibility for MSMEs across manufacturing, service, and trade sectors.
Loan Details
Loan Amount: Up to ₹5 crore, depending on the project size and credit assessment.
Interest Rate: Typically ranges between 9.75% and 11.50% per annum.
Loan Tenure: Repayment period ranges from 3 to 10 years, with a possible moratorium period.
Loan Type: Primarily term loans for fixed assets and project financing.
Collateral: Security in the form of land, building, plant, machinery, or other acceptable assets.
Who Can Apply?
The scheme is available to:
Proprietorships, partnerships, private limited companies, LLPs, and co-operative enterprises.
Enterprises registered as Micro, Small, or Medium Enterprises (MSMEs).
Businesses engaged in manufacturing, services, or trading activities.
Units located within the State of Rajasthan.
Applicants with a viable business plan and good credit record.
What Can the Loan Be Used For?
Loan funds can be used for:
Purchase of land, factory buildings, or commercial property.
Procurement of plant, machinery, and equipment.
Business expansion or diversification.
Upgradation of technology or infrastructure.
Working capital margin and other eligible expenses related to the enterprise.

Udyam Registration Certificate
Aadhaar and PAN of promoters
Photographs and address proof
Business-Related Documents
Detailed Project Report (DPR)
Financial statements (if applicable)
Income Tax Returns
Bank account statements
Quotations for machinery or construction
Legal Documents
GST registration certificate
Business incorporation or partnership deed
Ownership or lease documents of premises
Other documents as required by RSFC
